Where We Ship

Currently, Still She Creates ships orders exclusively within the United States. We plan to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

Order Processing & Production Time

Since each product is custom-made just for you, there’s a production time before your item ships.

  • Average Production Time: 4-6 business days (for most items)
  • Please note that during peak seasons (e.g., holidays) or for certain complex items, production times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Shipping Time

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, here are the estimated shipping times:

  • Standard Shipping (United States): 3-7 business days

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE standard shipping as our way of thanking you for shopping with us!

    Order Tracking

    Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s journey directly with the shipping carrier.

    Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

    Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, you may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

    Lost Packages

    If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

    1. Verify the shipping address.
    2. Check with neighbors or household members.
    3. Contact your local post office or shipping carrier. If you still cannot locate your package after these steps, please contact us at stillshecreates@gmail.com within 7 days of the “delivered” scan so we can assist.
